Our comprehensive leadership development programs build and enhance professional skills in both leadership and management practices. We offer classroom and experiential learning opportunities through Mount Royal University in Calgary and the Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario. Our Learning Management System allows employees to track their progress with online learning programs on a variety of topics.
Our learning programs provide reimbursement toward the cost of post-secondary learning that can be applied to a career growth plan with the company. These learning programs are also extended to the children of our employees with scholarship and bursary funds to help defray the rising costs of post-secondary education.
