As an employee-led, annual initiative, ATCO supports the administration of the campaign ensuring 100% of employee donations go towards employees’ charities of choice. ATCO honours employees’ generosity by matching the charitable donations made to health and wellness organizations.
ATCO EPIC combines fundraising events, auctions, friendly team competitions and employee pledges to support charitable organizations across Alberta. In 2007, ATCO EPIC pledged a record $2.31 million to more than 450 Alberta charities.
ATCO EPIC raises awareness about the needs in our communities, while providing an opportunity for employees to make a real difference. ATCO EPIC committee participation encourages leadership development and in the spirit of giving, ATCO EPIC employees contribute in a meaningful way by participating in their communities.
