Stock Split History
- On August 29, 2005, ATCO Ltd. effected a two-for-one stock split.
- On February 5, 1981, ATCO Class A shares converted to ATCO Class I shares on a two-for-one basis. ATCO Class B shares converted to Class II shares on a one-to-one basis.
- On August 15, 1975, both ATCO Class A and B shares effected a two-for-one stock split.
- On November 19, 1973, ATCO Limited Shares converted to Class A shares on a one-for-one basis and ATCO Class B shares were created.
