ATCO places a high priority in expanding the knowledge base and cultural sensitivity of ATCO employees through our in-house Aboriginal Awareness Training.
We are also continuing our efforts to increase Aboriginal employment by developing practical and results-oriented skills development and employment strategies that focus on the recruitment and retention of Aboriginal employees.
