Compensation or Reimbursement
ATCO does not typically offer compensation for gas outages or for loss of business or inconvenience caused due to required project works. Compensation may be available if we have been unable to rectify any physical damage done to your land, premises or property in situations where we are required to do so.
If you feel your specific circumstances warrant reimbursement of costs, please raise a complaint via the feedback form and an ATCO representative will be in touch within five working days.
