For natural gas, when you are ready to have your service restored:
- Fill out the form below to arrange for a technician. You may also call 310-5678 to speak to someone directly (note that we are experiencing higher than usual wait times due to the Jasper wildfire).
- Appliance relights take about 15 minutes for residential customers and up to an hour for business customers.
- We will energize your service, relight your appliances and ensure they?re in safe working order. You must be home for us to perform this service.
- If you placed a placard in your window, please be sure to remove it once our crews have restored your service.
In the unlikely event you arrive home and smell gas, leave the building immediately and call our Natural Gas Emergency Line at 1-800-511-3447 or 9-1-1.
For electricity service, if you don?t have power and have tried resetting your breaker, fill out this form.
