First established in 1997, Fresh Bites provides high-quality foods to various customers and brands such as airlines, convenience stores, quick service chains, and ATCO's Blue Flame Kitchen (BFK).

Blue Flame Kitchen has long been a staple in Alberta?s culinary community, and in 2021, BFK began expanding its offerings to consumers with fresh and frozen meals offered in select grocery and convenience stores, such as Calgary Co-op, Freson Bros., Blush Lane, SPUD and Circle K.

The acquisition of Fresh Bites in 2023 has allowed BFK to scale up and bring culinary expertise, great flavours, and hearty meals to even more customers throughout Alberta.
