Hydrogen presents an exciting opportunity for communities in Alberta and around the world—providing the energy we need, with none of the emissions. ATCO is moving forward with Alberta’s first hydrogen blending project in Fort Saskatchewan, which will be the largest project of its kind in Canada upon completion.

CLEAN ENERGY COMMUNITY FUND
Through the Clean Energy Community Fund, we are committed to helping municipalities, schools, not-profits and charities in our Alberta communities with a one-time donation toward clean energy initiatives that support their transition to a net zero future. Applications will close on September 30, 2023.

COMMUNITY EQUIPMENT PROGRAM
ATCO supports our communities by offering special event equipment free-of-charge for community and charitable organizations. We're helping event organizers reduce their rental costs while providing equipment that ensures a successful event.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITIES
Our ATCO EPIC program is a grassroots, employee-led initiative that puts communities first. Through fundraising and volunteering, we support more than 800 charitable and non-profit organizations around the world, in all the places we live and work. In 2022, our people raised $3.6 million, bringing the total program contributions since 2006 to nearly $54 million!

THE INVICTUS GAMES
The Invictus Games is an international multi-sport event for over 500 wounded, injured and sick Veteran and active-duty individuals from 20 nations all over the world. ATCO is proud to be the Presenting Sponsor of Team Canada at the 2023 Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany and the Presenting Partner of the 2025 Invictus Games in Vancouver and Whistler, Canada.
