ATCO EPIC: Employees Participating in Communities

Our People, Our Communities

Our ATCO EPIC program is a grassroots initiative involving employee-led committees that plan, implement and administer workplace fundraising campaigns. The program combines fundraising events, auctions, friendly team competitions and employee pledges. Altogether, the program supports more than 800 charitable and non-profit organizations around the world.

In 2022, our people raised $3.6 million for charities - bringing the total program contributions since 2006 to nearly $54 million, alongside 257,000 volunteer hours over that same time period!

Matching Dollars, Donating Hours

Our people donate to the charities of their choice in their communities. We match employee donations to human health and wellness charities, effectively doubling the impact in these communities. We cover all administration costs, ensuring that 100 per cent of the funds raised go directly toward the benefiting organizations. 

We also recognize our people who volunteer their time and share their talents with charitable and non-profit organizations. Every year employees volunteering 50 hours or more are eligible to apply for a donation to a registered charity of their choice.
