Refund Policy

  • ONLINE STORE RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
    • To initiate a return, please contact a Customer Experience Advisor by email at returns@ATCO.com. Please ensure to include the following information in your return request:

      • Name
      • Address
      • Email Address
      • Phone Number
      • Description of product being returned
      • Invoice #
      • Reason for Return
         
    • Returns@ATCO.com will issue an email with a Return Label attached. The customer packages the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging and attaches the appropriate Return Label. The customer must use the original shipping courier to return the goods. You can find the original shipping courier information on the Delivery confirmation email.

    • All orders will be refunded onto the original form of payment, or you can select to have your payment returned onto a digital gift card. Just let us know which you prefer when you contact us.
       
    • If the original form of payment is not available at the time of return, the value of the order will be refunded onto a digital gift card.
       
    • Online orders are not eligible for exchange, a new order would need to be placed on Shop.ATCO.com.
       
    • If you receive a shipment from us that was not what you ordered, please send an email to returns@ATCO.com and we will be happy to make it right for you.
  • DAMAGED PRODUCTS
    • If your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, please send an email to returns@ATCO.com to request replacement parts or to arrange for a full replacement.
  • PRODUCTS
    • Products purchased online, that are eligible for returns, must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date to receive a full refund onto the original form of payment or on a digital gift card as directed by you.
       
    • Unfortunately, online orders are not eligible for returns at any Blue Flame Kitchen location and must follow through the returns process outlined above.

    • The original product packing slip and receipt must be included with your return.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

    • Items that are received as a gift and returned will be refunded onto a digital gift card.

    • All sale items and non-eligible return items (marked non-refundable) are final sale.

    • Shop ATCO will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns that arise from items purchase at Shop.ATCO.com.

    • Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, the customer will be notified via email when the credit has been processed to the original form of payment or will be sent a digital gift card for the appropriate return amount when applicable.

    • Items that are not eligible for refunds are: gift cards, items marked as non-refundable, perishables, sale items.

    • Items received that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable period will not be processed and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • GIFT CARDS
    • Gift cards are not eligible for a refund and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • DIGITAL PRODUCTS
    • Digital products are not eligible for refunds and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • ATCO BLUE FLAME KITCHEN PRODUCTS & SERVICES
    • Purchases for products made in-store can be returned to any ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen store location, regardless of purchase location (locations include ATCO Park Calgary, ATCO Calgary Downtown Learning Centre and ATCO Edmonton Learning Centre).

    • Purchases for products made in-store must be returned within 30 days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund onto the original form of payment.

    • A valid receipt/confirmation must be presented at the time of return.

    • Items received as a gift and returned will be refunded onto a digital gift card for the current retail amount.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

    • Items that are not eligible for refunds are: gifts cards, perishables and sale items.

    • If the item was purchased in-store and shipped to your address:

      • Delivery fees are non-refundable
      • Customers are responsible for all charges associated with return shipping
      • Refunds may take up to 14 days to process
      • Items received by us that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable period will not be processed and may be returned to you at your expense

     

  • GIFT CARDS
    • Gift cards are not eligible for refunds and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • DIGITAL PRODUCTS
    • Digital products are not eligible for refunds and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • CLASSES
    • If you require changes to or need to cancel your class registration, please call 403.245.7630 in Calgary, 780.420.7282 in Edmonton or visit any one of our ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen locations.

    • Classes: Customers must cancel a class a minimum of 2 business days prior to the start of a class to be eligible for a refund.

    • Kids Camps: Customers must cancel kids camp a minimum of 21 days prior to the start date of camp to be eligible to receive a refund.

    • Private Events: Customers must cancel a private event a minimum of 21 days prior to the event date to be eligible to receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.

    • Kids Birthday Parties: Customers must cancel a private event a minimum of 21 days prior to the event date to be eligible to receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.

    • School Program: Customers must cancel a school program a minimum of 21 days prior to the program date to receive a full refund.
